Job Description

We Company is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Trainer specializing in Python with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and delivering training programs for our technical staff.

Package : 4.0 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver Python training programs to enhance the technical skills of team members.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.
  • Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Stay updated on Python advancements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical training needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Trainer with 1-2 years in Python training.
  • In-depth knowledge of Python programming language and its applications.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with instructional design and e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
