Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to contribute to our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and coordinating office activities.

Package : 4.0 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily office operations.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office,MS Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
