We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to contribute to our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and coordinating office activities.
Package : 4.0 Lakhs per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily office operations.
- Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office,MS Excel).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
